Newbie with a 66 coupe
Ok, I am new here, but thought I would get started since I will have a lot of questions during this restoration. I have a 66 coupe with a 289 (I think) and a 4 speed.
Car is mostly rust free. I will be taking it all down and starting from the ground up. I plan on freshening up the engine and tranny, and will be reworking the suspension. I am planning on adding front disc brakes. Building this car for my wife to drive. Just finished a 72 GSX for my son and he drives it daily now.
If anybody has any must have or must do's for a 66, please let me know.
