Default Newbie with PROBLEMS

I bought a 94 Mustang GT about 6 months back. Super clean car. 189,000 miles on it, with motor rebuilt at 125,000. About 3 weeks ago im driving down the freeway and the car shuts off out of nowhere. I waited about 20 minutes and the car fired back up and drove fine. Earlier this week im on my way to work and the exact same thing happened again, except this time it wont start at all. The car cranks like it wants to start, but the engine will not turn over. Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check the cap, rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, master spark plug wire, etc. Maybe the fuel pump is bad or died.
