Or...assuming you are using the Windows operarting system. You could go to microsoft.com and download their utility called "Image Resizer". (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx).
Install it. From then on -use Windows explorer to browse to any directory that contains you image files. Right click on an image file and select the option "Resize Pictures". It will give you a choice of the size you want, select one and it will create a new image with the smaller size.
