Hey there guys. Just joined up and will be trading in my chevy cobalt([:@]) in for a Mustang GT in December thought i would start doing research on the engine now as opposed to when i actually get the car. I already started doing some research and have come up w/ a generic parts list.

Short Term:
- 160 Thermo
- Long Tube Headers
- SLP Exhaust
- Drop In Filter (temporary )
- Hurst STS
- Clutch & Flywheel
- 3.90 Gears

Long Term:
- Pistons (9.1 ratio)
- Rods
- Crank
- P&P Heads
- Paxton 2200 S/C (Or stage II procharger...we'll see)
- Ported T.B.
- 60lbs injectors
What do you guys think so far? BTW, is anyone here tuned or tuning w/ HPT? What else are you guys using to tune?

I have put on my flaming suit and am ready for you guys to make fun of me for driving a 4 banger so go ahead ROFL.
