I cant stand those imports... They weigh about 2000 lbs, are completely carbon fiber, have teeny tiny engines that are all dohc, and seemingly AWD, too. Lets get to the american muscle now... I have a newly purchased '06 GT automatic, black with the interior upgrade package and red leather seats, 1000w Shaker system and 35% tints w/ 6 inch strip across the windshield. Recently I bought a Steeda CAI with an SCT Livewire tune (93 oct) and Steeda UDP's. Im currently pushing 315rwhp and 331rwtq after mods. I ran a 4.64 0-60 yesterday afternoon, 1st time breaking the 4's. Go me, right. I plan to stay N/A for as long as possible. My main goal is to be 400/400 to the wheels, no stock corvette should be able to beat a modded mustang, EVER. And theimports should tuck it between thetailpipes and hobble off to the tune shop. So, just wanted to drop my thread to make myself known, and hopefully talk to someone soon...

Welcome to the forums! I personally love all cars, even imports. Big engines and numbers are great and all, but my GTi was way faster than I needed and one of the best cars I ever owned.

Off topic... how come no one complains about high end sports cars?

Not all imports are bad..I sure would trade my stang for a porsche, benz or audi in a heartbeat if the conditions are right..., welcome.
