Default new here...need help

i have a 4.0 s197 and it wont hold its idle at times...i would have to keep giving it gas or it would shut off,(i have the t5)but when i take off usaully by the next light it will idle fine @ about 800 rpms. And sometimes it will stall while driving...then at times while in N the rpms will rise and fall by its self slowly...like from 800-3000...Whats the deal?!?!Those jackass' at ford dont have a clue!!!!!!!They keep giving me the run around.i think it is the TPS? Can someone here help me.
