Default Power steering squeal

I have a 2004 4.6L mustang motor with a Fatman Fabrication rack and pinion in a 1965 Ford pick up. When the motor revs to 2200rpms and higher it squeals like a pig. I have tried racks from Napa, I have cut the springs. I can't seem to find anyone with any idea&nbsp\\;of how to fix this. The belts are fine the power steering pump is new. When I cut the spring the noise seemed to be a little bit better but then I had no power steering. HELP!&nbsp\\;
