Glad to join this forums

Well I live in Merced California the state with the most smog restrictions so i cant really do alot to my car. Which really sucks cause i wanted to add some exhaust with long tube headers but i cant cause is not smog legal. Then i wanted to add kb sc at least 10 psi but i cant cause 8 is the max in CA on a 97 cobra. Right now im having some troubles with the rear end i get some bad vibration when accelarate fast. Anyways Glad to be on this forums.
