I have a stock mustang gt, 2006, with the exception of slp mufflers. I was hoping to get an x-pipe, while keeping the factory headers because of warranty issues, and was wondering which brand is the best for sound and performance. thanks

 

Welcome to the forum. you should ask your ? under a different section youll get alot more help. I think most major brands you will be happy with. everyone seems to have there own fav. ask in the exhaust section and youll get alot more help.

 

yea, he and...or she? is right. its just your own personal taste. some exhaust makes pop's and others are just a low rumble. i'd stick to the big names like magnaflow or flowmaster. i have flowmaster . its a flowmaster x-pipe into 30 series flowmasters. i get compliments on my cars sound everytime i pull up. and when you walkin someone in a race, they need to hear a nice V-8 too.
