i am not sure how to put a picture on here i have two in an album but would like to know how to put it on my posts

Welcome to the Forums! If you want to post a picture you can read the instructions on the new member page.

This is how I do it... I use photobucket.com and submit all my pictures there. On the page they have several different codes for posting pictures... I think this way is the easiest
