Hello from Nebraska!
hi i started reading some things on this forums and decided to join it even though im no motorhead... I currently do not own a mustang but i am looking for one and it will be my first car.... i want a 99-04 gt so any help or suggestions will be appreciated

You can start by looking in the classifieds on this site then try ebay. Sometimes you can find a real steal. Carmax online can be good sometimes also. With Carmax don't look on the lot for good deals, look online. You may find a low milage car for the same price as a high milage car. That is how I afforded a jag. Welcome to the forums.
