Newbie from Texas!
What's up everyone? I just got a '90 LX Hatchback from local salvage yard. Turns out it's a 4 banger conv. to 302 and the guys who owned the junk yard didn’t even notice. I traded a 2001 Mazda Protégé with blown head gasket for the Mustang, and it's only major problems are it's missing the clutch cable and the alternator. Given, it needs a paint job BAD and the interior is really ragged out. I'm from the College Station area in Texas, recently out of the Navy. I spent a lot of time back in high school working on my buddy's 302 and I previously owned a 1998 3.8L but my little brother totaled it when I let him use it while I was over seas. So this is my first real project. I figured I always use forums to my own benefit and never give anything back, so this is where I lay my head now.
