Guess I'll introduce myself
What up guys and gals, I just bought a 89 mustang lx notch. It is a original SSP car from the Utah State Police. Has 93,500 original miles on it.
As of right now I have removed the silencer from the intake, dropped in a k/n, advanced timing 13 degrees, has a set of long tube headers, 3 inch offroad X-pipe, 2 chambered flowtech mufflers, a RAM HDX clutch.
I am about to start getting misc. parts for it like a few body parts(front/rear bumper covers, trunk lid, and fixing a baseball sized cancer spot that has formed on the drivers side rear 1/4 panel) Then it will be ready to paint. The car is white and I will keep it the stock color. Has the hated red/black two tone interior but I plan to keep it stock also.
I guess my next 2 performance mods are going to be a set of 4.10 gears and a cam.

I would slap a pic or 2 up but I only have some low quality ones plus I am a bit asshamed at it's current shape. It has a 86 rear bumper cover on it, the front bumper is cracked where it meets the passenger fender which got replaced by me a week after I bought it, and it has a vert trunk lid. It looks a lil rough but I only paid $1300 for it and it is mechanicly perfect. Hell I bought the car in Utah and not 3 weeks after that drove it 1900+ miles from there to here in N.E. TN.
