hi guys,

I was thinking about maybe buying a mustang. I moved from california to greece a year ago. I was browsing greece's equivalent of autotrader online, and i found an 88 GT 5.0 fox body.

have a look. finding a car like this in this country is rare. and it only has 50k miles on it.

what do you guys think of the price? just think of euros the same as dollars.

I have been a mitsubishi starion enthusiast for 15 years, and i have owned a couple camaros in the past...but a mustang would be a nice change of pace, and after market parts are plentiful.

a stock 88 GT has 225 BHP correct? what mods could i do and for much to get it to around 400 BHP?

thanks guys.

WELCOME TO MF'S

+1 on the currency thing. If it were US dollars then I'd say NO.

Way over priced thats like 8k U.S. $, but it's a clean looking car. If you can get them to lower the price a little bit I would take it. Welcome to MF

5,400 euros is like asking 5,400 dollars. you only worry about exchange rates when you are bringing money into a different country to exchange it. I have euros already.

So my question is......what would you pay for that car in the states?

thanks for the responses BTW.
