Default New Guy

Whatsup fella's & ladies,

Just wanted to say hello to this group. I am currently in the process of purchasing a 2000 Ford Mustang 2dr coupe, V-6, auto, silver with 55,XXX miles on it, for $6300. I wasn't planning on buying a new car but the tranny went out on my last one, and found a pretty good deal on this one. So here I am... I'm a student attending SOuth Dakota State. I'm enrolled in the ROTC program and hope to be an Air Force officer when I graduate. I've never really wanted a Mustang til I drove this one and practically fell in love. But anyway, just a little bit about myself... I'll see everyone around...

Thanks fellas...

I will post pictures as soon as the car is in my possession. I have a couple of questions for you guys. First of all, I looked a little bit and it seems these cars don't have a "common problem", like a lot of cars do. Is this true, I mean, besides the common mantainance (sp?) problems? Second, what are some of the cheap mods that can be done to this car? Didn't search for this one, but maybe you guys can inform me. This Mustang is going to be take a bite out of my wallet.

Thanks,

Steve

I only had some minor electrical problems in mine, but the dash was rewired and I haven't had any trouble from her since. That was back when i first bought it in 03 though. No other problems whatsoever.

As for mods, come on over to the v6 section-- there's lots of mod info, and some good cheap ones too. The mods are really easy to do yourself as well, hell if I can do them, and I'm a GIRL car noob, then anyone can.
