Default Hello! - Fort Campbell, KY

Hi everyone!

I'm Mike, 29yrs old will be 30 in Oct. Soldier in the US Army (Infantry), recently finished a tour in Afghanistan in the Khost region on the pakistan border.

My ride is unimpressive, but I like it which is what matters I guess... LOL.

2005 v6 Mustang (s197 body model?).

Don't know much about cars at all, or Mustangs for that matter... I know most people are "haha it's not a GT!" eh.. hehe...

So far I have a Flowmaster Dual Exhaust just got today (LOVE the sound!)

On order and payed in full:
Air Raid - Cold Air Intake
Performance Air Manifold
Stainless steel shorty headers
20" Chrome Rims (Found them in a store thought they were sexy :P )
Zex 6cyl. Nitrous Wet System (Complete with fuel mixer? Reccomended by my mechanic)

Working on getting (wish list - feel free to help me add!):
New Paint (It's Tan - Eww..)
Body kit (Probably the duraflex one from bodykits.com)
Vortec Super Charger for v6 stang
Some type of improved suspension system
anything else I find and want to waste my excess funds on....

I know it's kind of stupid to soup up a v6, but I am tired of ricers with their little bumble bee cars reving their engines at stop lights and smoking me by a single car length because of mods... LOL...

Mike

Thanks! Like I said... she ain't much, but she's mine

Will look hot once I can stop nit-picking and figure out what body kit I want, and get it all painted up. I honestly don't want to rush that decission. Parts are easy... buy what works and has a good quality name. For me the look is going to be permanant, so I really want to make the wisest choice and be happy with every inch of the car's appearance.

looks nice, i almost got that colour, i went one shade darker on mine. Dont worry about it being a V6, thats something like 60% of the sales are for the V6's, and its a stout V6.

I would not go with a Vortech charger, i would go with something like a X-charger from Steeda, found here http://www.steeda.com/products/xchar...charger_v6.php .

you can always put NO2 on her, a little 50-75HP shot should be plenty safe and give you just a touch more power if you need it.

Now you just need the Army to send you to Germany so you can legaly drive the **** out of her on the AutoBahn.

Thanks for the warm welcomes. I am riding out to nashville today to pick up a tuner, yay! It's the closest place with the diablo one which is all I need, and I can burn out all the crap fuel in my car, so I can do a 93 octane? Yeeeeaahhh....

Miracle that is awesome, we'll have to grab a beer and BBQ :P

I know a couple models in the area... so once some of my lighting and rims and bodywork is done, I'll take some hot pics :P
