hey
whats up guys, ive been around here for a week or two but i figured a proper intro was a good idea.
im 18, live in the wonderful high desert (socal) and i just bought my second car: a 1966 mustang coupe w/289 and c4 automatic tranny. the guy i bought it from said the engine and tranny had just been rebuilt and from the looks of it he was telling the truth.
the interior had just been redone with the exception of the dashboard has all black interior and all the electrical works but the front passenger blinker, and the heater. besides that there isnt much done to it, some engine dress-up and a edlebrock high flow intake, and one of them fancy 10 disc cd changer old school style radio.
the body is in pretty good shape, has some minor rust in the corner of the driver side door, a dent here and there. whoever repainted it did a bad job because its coming off, it looks like it was one of those one step paint jobs-no clear coat.
im planning on repainting it and throwing some nice chrome american racing or mickey t's on her. my only problem is that i dont make enough money to do it, and im not one for being in debt.
i also have a 1985 bronco ii that im building up for 4x4ing so between the two, its gonna be a slow process.
all in all i absoleutly love the car and everywhere i go i get compliments.
