hi to everyone,
i am currently a college student and whatever money i save up goes towards my car. well enough about me...
i have an 89 mustang lx hatchback 5.0. i purchased the car from an uncle that owns multiple foxbody mustangs. this one in particular was a parts car. after i bought the car i replaced the hood and hatch because they had extensive hail damage. i then did bodywork to the rest of the car and painted in my shop last october. for a $260 paint job i think it looks pretty good, the color is a pontiac color called liquid red. the engine has about 5,000 miles on it after being rebuilt, total mileage is 69,000. the car itself has 178,000 miles. the transmission is a brand new t-5. in the almost two years i've owned the car i've broken three t-5's
. anyways the engine is mostly stock except for some head work and a k&n air filter. It has bbk equal length shorty headers, offroad H with dumpouts no cats and smog delete. 3/4 inch subframe connectors, southside drag rearend with 3:73. upr suspension parts up front. bigs and skinnys on draglites. hurst competition series short throw and 2 12" kenwoods with a sony receiver.
