I just registered, cause i just purchased my '05 today. im picking it up tomorrow morning!
Ive been reading the forums lately but didnt know if this car would ever arrive (ive been waiting 2 months) so i didnt join till now.
Its a V6 windveil blue.
My first question is.... it came with the "MUSTANG" logo racing stripes on the sides. I was going to have them removed because im not crazy about the way it looks. do you think i should keep them? i think it makes the car look more 70's/80's than 1960's
Just wanted some opinions about that.

welcome to the forum.
i took my rocker panel banners off cuz i didn't like mine either.
they come off easy and use that goo-b-gone stuff for the left behind sticky stuff.
post pics when you can

Welcome to the site, and congrats on your purchase.
I took my rocker panel stripes off when I put my racing stripes on back in March. It looks so much cleaner without them on there. But, it's up to you.

i just called the dealer and told them to remove the stripes. From the start i didnt want them but i just needed some more thoughts on it.
I do like the racing the stripes on the hood, that looks awesome, but the side stripes, no.
