Still Kinda New
Hey all, finally the weather breaks a little and i can finally get my stang out and do a little cruising.
I got this 07 GT premium for my birthday a few months ago.Had to bring it home and basically put it in the barn,so it's been sitting out there calling my name all winter
I think i got a great buy, I am the second owner,it has 51k miles, manual trans and i paid 15k for it.It came with 235/50/zr18 tires and the polished aluminum wheels, front seat side airbags, sat radio and heated leather seats which felt pretty damn good on the drive home tonight!Other than all that,it is completely stock.
The only problem is the the cd player in the shaker 500 is borked.Every time i open the door the radio clicks like it's trying to eject a cd.Can't even get it to load a cd but oh well,no biggie,cd's are like so last decade! I can't see lugging around a suitcase full of cd's anymore when i can get 10,000 songs on something the size of a postage stamp.Maybe I'll spring for one of the cool dvd/nav radios in the future after i do some performance mods first of course.
I feel I've come full circle when it comes to mustangs,my first car was a 1965 convertible which i paid $75 for,then i had 2 1966's,a 67 fastback 2+2 and a 71,now i am back with this one.
I love these new Mustangs, and i am really looking forward to all the modding possibilities! This is a great site and i have been lurking around for some time now.
