Hello, I'm new to this forum but I thought I'd drop a line here and say hello. A friend of mine outlaw01GT just joined this site, and today he asked me some questions about performance suspension mods for his Mustang. I know quite a bit about the Subaru aftermarket, but sadly not much about it for 'Stangs, so I thought I'd join and hopefully learn some more about them.
I'm a huge fan of cars of all shapes and sizes, so you won't hear any flames from me =p I have a custom tuned stage 4 WRX; my performance mods are in my signature. Let me know if my sig is too long or inappropriate and I'll change it. My cosmetic mods are!:
~ Cleared stock headlights w/ the housing painted a flat black. Fun weekend project a friend of mine and I did.
~ Sylvania Silverstar bulbs in the headlights / foglights
~ MOMO door sills
~ MOMO shift **** with aluminum billet "WRX" shifter trim
~ Interior blue LED kit. Sounds really rice, I know, but it's actually makes the interior of the car look really sweet at night ^_^
~ 5Zigen Hyperblack FN01R-C 17" rims wrapped in Potenza RE070s.
~ Some rear debadging
~ STI air splitters, painted sideskirts / strakes, tint etc.
~ also stock heated seats, sunroof, etc
Let me see if I can locate a few recent pics ..
Sorry for the long intro, hopefully you guys can help educate me so I can give Matt better advice =p
FWIW I told him to upgrade his sways to adjustable and to add coilovers or a good shock/spring combo if he's looking for handling improvement. Am I off base with this advise for an 01 GT ?

I helped fix ur pics there... 
They weren't showing up, just FYI, instead of [IMG] use [IMG] and [/IMG] instead.
Nice car! I like the color. Glad to see you're interested in stangs, you will definitely learn a lot here.

Thanks Matt, we should do a photoshoot together sometime after my car gets clean again.
I actually really don't mind having to drive on the stock rims / tires again after that flat tire. The stock WRX tires are pretty worthless, but I think I enjoy the 16" diameter wheel more than the 17 heh! The butt dyno makes me feel like acceleration is a bit more effortless.
