Hello from Memphis, TN!
Hello,
My name is John, and I am currently an owner of a 2012 Mustang GT Premium w/ brake package that I have owned since July of 2012. I bought it 7,000 miles used from the Ford dealer that I work at (best way to get a deal on a car, lol). It has almost 14,000 miles on it now.
So far, the only mods I have put on it are the following:
Borla ATAK Axleback
Steeda CAI (101mm?)
Bama tune
Barton Short Throw and Lower Bracket
Steeda black shifter ****
JLT Oil Separator (passenger only)
Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position Tires
The previous owner was nice enough to leave lower control arms (don't know which ones, but they are grease fitted), and a Steeda short throw which I replaced shortly after (the lockout spring would become weak during autocross).
My future plans for now are to put on the RTR ground kit, Ford Racing Adjustable suspension, full Borla ATAK system (XR-1 Headers w/ ghost cam), and a few other things that I've been tossing in my head.
I use the car as a daily driver, and I also run it in NASA and SCCA autocross's. I did take it out on 1 HPDE run when I first got it, but realized how much tires are needed for those kind of events. The 2013 Laguna Seca wheel's are in my future plans for the track day wheels/tires.
A few pics:
This one is a picture of a 2012 GT500 (left) and my car (right) at a Test-n-Tune at Memphis. The GT500 I actually sold new my first year at the dealer, and the owner traded it back in on a Raptor almost a year later. We have since sold it.
This one is a picture of me running one of the autocrosses.
Lastly, (don't want to post too many pictures) here is a picture of the stock tires after 12,000 miles XD.
I also have a few videos on my YouTube account here of the HPDE and the autocrosses.
I decided to join here because I have searched often different things for the Mustang, and I always end up finding the best information from here out of the 3 main Mustang sites that pull up on Google. Hope to get along with some people and make some Mustang friends!

Welcome to the MF! I like what you've done with your 12' GT so far, those Coyote Motors continue to impress me!

On a side note, How are you enjoying your Bama tune?
