Default Greetings

I recently purchased, yesterday, a 2013 V6 Premium. Red candy. Pony package etc.

Now I must disclose I also have a 99 Fixed Roof Coupe (Hardtop) Corvette.

I've never had a Mustang although I have always admired them. But Ford has outdone themselves in my opinion with the current lineup of Mustangs.

I spent several weeks learning as much as I could about them and found myself trolling around here for answers to different questions I googled. I'm no stranger to muscle/sportscars but I am a stranger to Mustangs so I will be leaning on the pros, should I ever need consultation.

About me?

US Army retired in 1997, thus my screen name. Currently work at the University of Missouri, married, one daughter-grown, one step son-should be grown but still sucks momma's tit.

My Car

2013 V6 Premium, Pony package, Red Candy, Automatic. Wanted a manual but my vette is a manual and I thought I should have an auto in my Mustang, because of not so good knees at times.

I love this car. I bought it for a DD to replace a 99 Cadillac STS that I grew tired of the Northstar problems. Loved the car, but GM should be embarrassed to build such a fine car with the issues the Northstar potentially has.

Anyway, it has 2500 on the clock. As new as it can get without being new. Got a great deal on it. You may be surprised how inexpensive it was.

here's my car. Dealer Pics, I'll get some at some point.

Hey bud! Welcome to the Ford Side... It's ok that you have a Corvette too, contrary to what some think, Mustangs play well with LS1s ... I agree, having one manual and one auto doesn't suck... And speaking of which, that line about your step-son cracked me up!!

Enjoy it there, have fun here!
