Default Sudden Vibrations after 80 mph

I have a 2014 Mustang GT bought new in December. I'm now experiencing significant vibrations that come suddenly after passing 80 mph. Feels like the whole body is fluttering, hood vibrates pretty good yet there is no issue with the hood being loose. Below 80 mph, all is perfect. Dealer did a road force balance, changed one tire and yet problem continues. Dealer then changed the drive shaft and the problem continues. What are some other possibilities? Dealer is proposing to strap on a diagnostic device from Ford that analyzes vibrations and pinpoints the cause. All sounds good except they already used that device to blame the drive shaft that didn't fix the issue. HELP!! Any ideas?

Vibrations like that at and above a certain speed I would usually attribute to a tire not being balanced properly.

Welcome, and I agree that it's usually a wheel out of balance. To help narrow it down, do you feel it in the steering wheel more (front wheels) or your butt/seat (rear wheels or driveshaft/u-joints)

Thanks, feels more in the body or rear than steering wheel. Driveshaft replaced already but no effect.

welcome

Off the wall guess, but have the rims been checked to make sure they're not damaged/bent.

When I got my black bullits from a local user they were stated as being 100% good.

Still let the local tire-specialist check them out, and two rims were slightly warped. They corrected that prior to me ever driving with the rims. So that might still be a cause besides the balance of the wheels.

I'm going through the same thing now except mine starts at around 65. I've already done road force, etc. Pretty sure I've narrowed it down to a tpms sensor that came loose inside the wheel. I noticed when I had the wheels off that the driver rear would make a clanking noice when bounced on the ground. I had my buddy who's a Ford mechanic ride with me and he's 90% sure the weight from that tpms sensor moving around is whats causing the bad vibration at speed. Going to have that fixed this week and hopefully it solves the prob... just something easy you could check before you spend more $$

I assume the dealer checked the rims out when they did the tire balancing and replaced one tire, but I will ask them to definitely rule that out. Will have them check the sensors too. It's basically a new car and the problem was not present during the first 2 months. Thanks all.
