Default Finally!

Everything lined up the right way at the right time, and I sold my Ford Explorer and bought what has been my dream car since 1995! In '95, my parents bought their first Mustang, a new '96 V6. In the years after that, they owned a '98 GT 5-speed and a '01 GT auto. I fell in love with Mustangs and in recent years, began driving my wife nuts collecting Mustang stuff, without owning a real Mustang.

I found a new 2014 GT 6-speed for an awesome price in Baltimore and flew up from Atlanta to buy it this past weekend. I was also lucky enough to drive through Charlotte at a good time to catch cars leaving the 50th anniversary event their.

Well, here is my baby:

I see you're in Canton! I work in Canton, but live in Marietta.
I'm tossing around the idea of Jong the Mustang Club of America. Are you a member by any chance? I was wondering if it was with it and if the local gatherings were good.

Cool! Hopefully there is a big Mustang scene in the area. It'd sure be nice to be able to exchange information and tips on these cars.

I live near Bells Ferry & Sixies Rd...and work out of my house. Where do you work at?

Yes, I'm a memeber of The Georgia Regional Mustang Club (look for us on Facebook). Local gatherings will keep you busy every weekend from now until October/September, hahaha.

This Saturday our club is attending a car show at Paulding Meadows;

724 Paulding Meadows Dr
Dallas, GA 30132

...then cruising over to downtown Dallas for their monthly cruise-in.

On Sunday, we're having a Garage day at the Club President's house. Installing some lowering springs on 1 car, checking out a short shifter in another, and possibly installying a Whiteline Bushing in another.
