Md Newbie
Hello All,
As the title might have told you I am from md and I am new. I have a 2000 Gt. Pretty Stock except TB spacer and B&M short throw shifter. When UPS delivers it I will also have SLP loudmouth exhaust. I just ran it at cecil county dragstrip in md yesterday and got a 14.189@99.17. Not to bad for the first time at the track with a rear wheel drive, I had a AWD TSI Talon in a previous life.

RE: Md Newbie
Thank you. I'm still trying to get used to where I'm supposed to launch and shift at, I was doing trial and error. My Talon I used to launch off the rev limiter. My best run was launching @ 3200 rpm, no spinning so I might try higher new time. I want my exhaust to come in so I stop sounding like a V-6, not that there is anything wrong with V-6's I'm just paying the insurance for a V-8 it should at least sound like one. I'f anyone has any suggestions for racing with these cars let me know. Thanks and nice meeting everyone!!
