Don't quite know what your asking, but it should register just like any other car.

I was reading about registering as an antique, but with driving restrictions and no inspection, or as classic like any other car. Plus being from out of state, I was wondering about additional inspections or not. Thanks

This is an online forum and not a DMV or county tax office. They are the ones you need to speak with.
