Default New and have some questions

I have a 1997 Mustang Gt with 4:10 gears, short shifter, stage 2 clutch, lightened flywheels, cold air intake, x pipe, flows. Im suppose to be racing a SRT jeep cherroke. is there a chance? What would be a rough estimate on what to rev too on launch?

Yeah, so this forum is just for introductions.

If you are worried about your Mustang losing to an SUV, then there's an issue somewhere either with the car or you driving. There's a forum here for racing questions like this.

Welcome to the forum, and as cruisin said above, there's a section here devoted just to racing. Start a thread there with this question and we'll help you out.

But I know your fear lol, those SRT's skoot pretty good from a stop. You'll need a good tire to make your gears work for you. If your doing this on the street, I think he'll get you. On the track though would be much closer. Good luck
