Need interior advice please

My 05 has vinyl insets on the inner door panel. They are peeling off, in fact the passenger door has come completely off. Is there another option in the market for these?

Welcome to the forums. Try looking around on JC Whitney for what you need, but I wouldnt be surprised if you have to replace the entire panel.
