Question Cold air intake

I've been read conflicting statements about cold air intakes, does anyone have anything they can tell about their experience with them, Good or Bad.

Are you going to be using a tuner? I purchased the FRPP 85mm C,A,I, and SF4/X4 wireless tuner from American Muscle,, it's been about a week now, and after the install it really pepped up my 2007 Premium Mustang GT Convertible 4.6L automatic 3:31 gears,, the throttle hesitation (LAG) has been completely replace with a snarling Beast,, just running the 87octane tune,, when I pour the coals to her every time it shifts it chirps the tires ( it's awesome)

Thanks, I haven't thought about a tuner, I'll have to do more research.

Just get a tuner and forget about the CAI. The CAI is too high priced for the minimal benefits it offers.
