Hi I just bought a 2006 mustang deluxe and was wondering if a 2009 Shelby Cobra hood will fit on it with out any modification.

The hood from the 2009 Shelby (note it is not a "cobra") will bolt up, but doesn't fit correctly. The front of the Shelby is raised in the center and your hood is essentially straight across. So while it will mount, you will have a big gap across the center over your grille.

Look at a picture of a 2009 Shelby GT500 and you will see the different fascia used.
