Just bought a 2000 mustang v6 and im looking to give it a good sound without making it dual exhaust, is there any type of muffler that would be best?

Welcome to the forum, congrats on your '00.

Try the Tech section for tips on giving it alittle more rumble. Good luck

Here is the simple answer-No. I owned a 2000 3.8 for 10 years, loved the car, but you cannot make it sound like a V8. Most exhaust changes will make it sound raspy and crappy. You can make slight improvements but prob not worth the money.

Check out some youtube video sound clips. The dual exhaust will sound better than the standard y pipe setup.
