Default Bought a 2016 ecoboost

I had a 65 2+2 289 4spd as a first car have had several Mustangs through life.
My wife bought an 86 mustang new before we got married since then we had a 2013 base v6 and traded it in on a 2016 ecoboost with 36 miles. Sadly its an auto, but the 56 year old wife does not do stick anymore. If I have a stick fit I have a Factory Five roadster I built to play with. This Mustang black on black
is so cool looking flat out!! and it still moves great. My 17 year old son is having fits that he gets no key and he won't unless he gets "A"s in school
So I am a ***#$%@ so be it. I am not raising some entitled punk we read about. Still love the car!

A's or not, my dad wouldnt let me drive a brand new car around, even if it were a corolla! Your son should feel lucky!

I was never allowed to drive either of my parents cars. In fact I did not get a license until I was 18 and could afford a car of my own in which to get a license. Folks wouldn't even help me learn to drive. My girlfriend taught me.

My dad..HE was an *******......*

(*He was an ******* because he let my brother drive the family car at 16, my brother wrecked the car, so dad bought him his own car...but me, I had to wait and buy my own car. )
