Hello everyone I'm new here and I have a 2016 5.0 trying to decide what to do between getting rid of the resanator or switch mufflers for a louder tone...was thinking x pipe or flowmaster super 10...Witch one will sound better. I have been told the x pipe will increase sound but be raspy and info will help alot thanks...

There are plenty of exhaust sound clips on the net.

Start with a Borla axle back system with louder mufflers. If not loud enough, remove the resonator and install their x-pipe. The beauty of the Borla system is the mixing and matching. I had the Ford Racing cat back street version made by Borla and found the x-pipe too raspy and purchased their resonator and now it is perfect with more of a low rumble.
