Please help convertible top not working

I have a 2004 ford mustang V6 convertible but the top is not going up or down i put a new switch on still nothing. It was working fine until the person installing my fog lights messed with it. Does anyone have any troubleshooting for it ? I'm disabled and unable to see if a fuse was blown.,
