That is ROUGH, but it has potential... for $700 it depends on what you plan to do with it IMO. If you have the ability / skill to fix all the damage it could be a steal. However, if you are like me with no such skill it could be a huge money sink

Hmmm, tough call. I'd personally be all over that but it ALL depends on your abilities.
Are you familiar enough with Foxs that you can trouble shoot issues ? Cause I think your going to have alot of issues with that one.
But you never know, could be a diamond in the rough.
