Default Bumper paint

The front bumper of my 2004 V6 has been peeling for quite sometime now. I haven’t been in any accidents and having scraped anything, it’s just...peeling. I’m almost positive it has something to do with the body shop that I took it to, but if anyone has any magical solution on how to fix this without having the whole bumper repainted, I’m all ears.
The opposite side. It may have something to do with the weather too, but like I said, I just want a cheaper solution than repainting the entire bumper, maybe like a touch-up paint? Thanks all!

I take it you had the entire bumper painted, as none of that looks like factory paint.

If your body shop offers a lifetime warranty on their work, which a lot of them do, take it back. Get them to wet-sand out that orange peel, while they're at it.

Paint is not sticking to the bumper, so yes it is the painters fault. Whoever painted it did a bad job.
