Hello all,
I'm a new owner, never had a mustang before. I picked up a used 2008 v6 premium convertible in charcoal and black interior.
Looking forward to modding and messing around with it. So far its been a blast to drive.

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forum. Sounds like a perfect vehicle choice.

Any plans for the new car or going to keep it how it is?

Plans? Dual exhaust, ram air intake, tuned to make use of those, new ram air hood, a chin spolier. Maybe some new wider rims. Its 10 years old and has a few scratches and dings, nothing unexpected, so I'll have a body shop fix all that and repaint it after i get the new hood.
I plan to own this car until my kids take my keys because I'm driving through my knuckles.
Oh metal thermostat housing. The plastic one failed this weekend. I had to repair with a plastic one to get rolling again. But I'm ordering a metal one and will have all the tools needed in the trunk to fix it when this one fails.

Congrats on the new S197. With all those plans you have, look into doing a build thread in Members rides to document the changes.
