Default Cig and 12 volt

I have a 2014 mustang. The v6. Have some work done. Recently my 12 Volt and Cig lighter went out simultaneously and i cant find the fuse behind kickpanel or under hood. There’s only one fuse matching which is auxiliary point. Its a manual so unscrewed shifter **** and pulled middle consuls off. Nothing seems badly grounded or off. Is there another fuse or where am i missing something. Due to hurricane evac and phone as my maps am in need to have a working outlet

The dash power point should be yellow fuse #22 under the hood,
& the console is fuse #5
