Default Bench or Bucket

Hi everyone!

My son and I just got 68 convertible. It's been stripped down and we are getting some floors and rockers in it now. Shes gonna be a problem, no, a project. We are going to go 351w with 4r70w, an 8.8 rear end and Heidts front end.
But we are chasing down parts, and wanted to know what you guys think. Buckets or bench in the front? It's not easy to find a front bench. Cause, I've been looking.

Thanks for your input.

All the convertible pics I see, they're bucket seats.

They had to be ordered with the Bench seats, 1968:
1079 fastbacks with a standard bench seat, 256 fastbacks with a deluxe bench seat.
6113 coupes with a standard bench seat, 853 coupes with a deluxe bench seat.
0 convertibles with a bench seat.

Little over 8000 in 1967 with bench seats.

14,905 coups and 2,111 convertibles were made with bench seats in 1965.

You're not looking hard enough, they are out there, but not cheap; eBay.
