Hey y'all from S.E. Michigan! I have a silver 2008 Mustang GT, auto. With the red leather seats. It moves and is fun to drive. Can't wait to be in Mustang alley this year at the Woodward dream cruise! The wife and I have named the car Trigger, after Roy Rodgers horse.

 

Welcome. Since you are in SE Michigan you need to check out Mustang Owners Club of Southeast Michigan (mocsem.com) - the biggest Mustang club. And being in SE Michigan of course a great relationship with Ford and you get to hear from Ford people at meetings when they come in for presentations.

(or like when the 2010 came out Ford people came to the meeting with new Mustangs, including a 2010 GT500 and then while we were all looking them over they said "these aren't just for looking" and he tossed me the keys to the GT500)

 

I love things like that! Wish I would have been there. We do get special "perks" for living in the area!

 

It is nice - one of the things that I miss since moving to North Carolina - the chance to hear from Ford people and the history of the Mustang, and seeing the testing on the highways around SE Michigan. I still have my MOCSEM membership though and if nothing else will get up there in August for the Mustang Memories show at Ford World Headquarters.
