Default PLEASE HELP!

I just got my new mustang GT 2002, but it has these white circles on it. How do I get rid of them? When I touch them I can feel the layers.

Welcome. In the future put a more descriptive title on your posts - much more likely to get a response that way.

Those aren't "circles" - it is the clear coat coming off. That's why you can feel the edge. The only way to get rid of them is to repaint and refinish.

Just like your peeling clear coat -- repaint and refinish.
