I have a 08 Gt mustang it runs good but at 2000 rpms it likes jumps while accelerating the higher I go above 2000 it goes away runs completely normal when I take off it runs fine no issues only at 2000 rmps the issue starts then goes away I have no codes popping up only one code that randomly came up one day was a P0021 I had a mechanic look at it he thinks it’s the cam phaser then had enough mechanic look at it he said the car runs to good for it to be a phaser but the first mechanic was assuming that what it was but he said if the code pop back up then bring it back to him but it’s been 2 weeks still no codes I replaced

fuel filter
coils
spark plugs
throttle body
bank 1 bank 2 VCT solenoids
bank 1 bank 2 cam sensors

Had one mechanic said seems like it’s not getting enough fuel what does it sound like to y’all like I said the car runs perfect but at 2000 rpms it’s jumps like if I was playing around with the gas pedal at this point I tried everything ik to do
