Default SJB OR FUSE

I have an o5 mustang coupe and we recently had a hard rain. Now my headlights, tail lights, windows, and gas hand don’t work. I don’t know where to start and I need my car for work please someone help me with what to look for. I don’t know how to tell if it’s the sjb or a fuse and being a single mom I don’t have a lot of money to spare.

Default Hard rain

I had the same thing happen to me in my 05 mustang it was a spot right under my windshield wipers that was letting rain in to my electrical I used some gasket sealer and plugged the hole. Check under the passenger side windshield wiper and see if you can see where the water is getting in.
Hope this helps.
