I bought my mustang in 2019. It’s a 2016 GT with the PP. I lived in New Mexico at the time. I just moved to Texas and had to get it inspected. When the inspector hooked up to the OBI under the dash it didn’t read. I went and looked and discovered another one up behind it. The one I found had the FoMoCo sticker on it. The one mounted in its place didn’t. We hooked into the one I found and it read. I believe the previous owner may have had a programmer on it. Any ideas?
