Default Winterizing 2018 GT

Hi, new subscriber here looking for some input.
Winterizing my GT and I have read that oil should be changed before storage. I just changed the oil 2,000 km’s ago (synthetic) and I don’t think it really needs to be redone when I store it till the spring.
Any thoughts on this?
Thanks

I usually just change it in the spring when I start driving it again, I also put in some fuel stabilizer. It's not necessarily required but I just like the piece of mind
