Just completed a major overhaul on my 2005 Mustang GT convertible, tornado red. Need help to identify what this part is and where it goes. Only part I can't figure out where it goes. Please help. Can't find the rest of the part that was broken. I glued together what is in the photo. Maybe something to do with the upper grill and fog lights???

 

Judging by the attached photo, I'm guessing it's part of the Cloaking Device.
