Unhappy new member needs help

Hi guys my name is luis and i have a 2016 ford mustang gt i have currently came accross a huge problem for me and i need help and advice on what to do.

let me give you guys a back story maybe you guys can guide me or give me a reference or as people call it "the plug"
couple months ago my car caught some fire due to the heat protector that fell on the headers of the car luckily i did not have a hood and was able to put out the fire before it got out of control the only thing that managed to get burned was the 02 sensor on the passenger side top so i replaced the burned sensor but i am still getting codes like
codes
-P0010 "A" camshaft position actuator circuit/open
-P0013 "B" camshaft position actuator circuit/open
-P0020 "A" camshaft position actuator circuit/open
-P0023 "B" camshaft position actuator circuit/open
-P0103 Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit high
-P0104 Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit intermittent
-P0113 intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high
-P0135 02 sensor heater circuit
-P0155 02 sensor heater circuit

also i do have the car modified and here are the mods
-cobra jet manifold
-cobra jet monobalde throttle body
-ford racing CAI
-BBK long
- x pipe (no cats)
-Borla ataks
-Lund racing tune
-gt350 rear axles

the car did run before the fire and the car does start drive but i get a wrench light and traction control and stability control turn off i also have a spare ecu for the mustang if i do not respond here please send me a messege on instagram @luis_dabay or email me luis_4life98@yahoo.com
