I have a 2018 Mustang GT with Gloss Black performance pack wheels. Car has only 6,000 miles and I finally pulled off the front left wheel with the intent to polish and ceramic coat the wheel including the barrel. To my surprise and disappointment it seems like the barrel isn't painted fully to the edge (not glossy and rough).

I never seen this and wondering if anyone else experienced this or should I be taking action with a Ford dealer for replacement? I have not taken off any other wheel as yet. Any info would be appreciated.
