I have a 2005 Mustang GT and the leather inserts have come off. I have cleaned the backing and sprayed with 3M automotive spray glue and when the interior temperature of the car gets hot the glue breaks down and the leather peals off again.

Has anyone had this happen and if so how did you fix it?

For me, what worked is listed in posts 267 and 270 Now on year 4 and my solution has had zero issues in the AZ summers.
